About
my journey.
I am guided by intuition and a lifelong search for integration, between body, mind and emotion; between stillness and movement; between the self and the world.
I have practised yoga since a young age, deepening my path in India through immersion in philosophy and the art of teaching. My journey moves across cultures and landscapes, from the Norwegian fjords to the Amazon, and I am continually shaped by a desire to explore and share the depth of human experience through the body.
With a sensitive and integrative approach, I have developed a practice that weaves together Yoga, Aerial Yoga, water movement, and dance, drawing on the four elements, earth, fire, water, and air, as the living foundation of my work. I've also worked with bodywork and energetic therapies, extending care to both the physical and etheric body.
My background in photography sharpens my awareness, enabling me to maintain a focused, personalised presence with each student. Today, alongside teaching, I guide the formation of new practitioners and teachers, transmitting knowledge with presence, deep listening, and depth.
My work is rooted in a commitment to what is true, beautiful, and just, values that açways oriented my journey and every encounter along the way.
