This training is designed for yoga teachers and students who wish to deepen their knowledge and expand their practice or teaching in Aerial Vinyasa Yoga. Aerial Vinyasa Yoga with Elements is a comprehensive training that weaves together Yoga, Vinyasa, Conscious Movement, Dance, Fluid Motion inspired by Water, and deeply Restorative practices.

Guided by the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit, this training invites you to remember that

what exists in the macrocosm also exists within the microcosm.

Working consciously with the silk, in harmony with the breath, creates space in the body, calms the mind, and awakens subtle layers of awareness. The practice encourages you to move freely, to dance, to face fears, to play, to discover your own rhythm, and to feel.
