About The Event
RESTORATIVE & YIN AERIAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
This course is designed to help you experience and learn how to use the aerial silk as a supportive tool for Restorative and Yin-style practices. It offers a transformative journey that gently reawakens the mind-body connection in a safe, nurturing environment.
Throughout this training, we’ll explore the foundations of Aerial Restorative Yoga, using the hammock to support the body in poses that release tension, encourage alignment, and restore vital energy. You’ll also gain insight into functional anatomy, teaching techniques, and intelligent adaptations for different body types and levels, enabling you to guide your students with confidence, safety, and compassion.
Our goal is to empower both students and teachers to not only master the physical techniques but also to understand the therapeutic essence of this practice, supporting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of those you guide.
