SUSPENSION THERAPY RELEASE THROUGH GRAVITY

This session is a fusion of intuitive touch, breath awareness, and gentle inversion using aerial fabric.

 

It begins on the ground with deep stretches, conscious massage, and guided breathing. As the body relaxes, you're gently transitioned into an inverted position using the hammock, allowing the spine to decompress and the nervous system to deeply unwind. The session ends cocooned in the fabric, in full surrender and stillness.

AYURVEDIC MASSAGE 

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a unique system of bodywork that combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breathwork and yoga stretching. 

 

Deep tissue massage with oil helps remove knots and adhesions in the muscles and soft tissues, releases tension, and prepares the body for assisted yoga stretching.

CHI NEI TSANG MASSAGE 

Chi Nei Tsang is a therapeutic abdominal massage that works directly with the internal organs to support release, balance and overall wellbeing. Rooted in Taoist traditions, it approaches the belly as a centre where physical and emotional tension can accumulate.

Through slow, attentive touch, the treatment stimulates circulation, supports digestion and encourages the natural flow of energy within the body. It helps to release stored tension, improve organ function and restore a sense of ease in the core.

Beyond its physical effects, Chi Nei Tsang creates space to reconnect inward, supporting emotional release and a more grounded, centred state.
